JNASSM takes complaints seriously and seeks to resolve them fairly and promptly.

  • Complaints may relate to editorial decisions, peer review conduct, publication ethics, or journal policies.
  • Complaints should be submitted in writing to the Managing Editor with clear supporting evidence.
  • The Editor-in-Chief, in consultation with the Editorial Board, will investigate the complaint and provide a formal response.
  • Where necessary, complaints may be escalated to the Nigeria Association of Sports Science and Medicine (NASSM).

These policies are designed to safeguard the credibility, transparency, and scholarly value of the Journal of Nigeria Association of Sports Science and Medicine (JNASSM) and to promote trust among authors, reviewers, readers, and the wider academic community.
